The existing hundreds of thousands unused frozen embryos, coupled with the skyrocketing rate divorce, raise numerous moral, legal, social, and religious dilemmas. Among most daunting problems are moral legal status embryo; what should its fate be in event conflicts between progenitors?; whether contractual regulation embryos is valid andenforceable.
